Cooling Air Handler

An air handler the indoor unit when there is a two part system present (indoor unit and outdoor unit) known as a split system. An air handler is usually a large metal box containing a blower, filter racks or chambers, sound attenuators, and dampers. The air handler is responsible for circulating the air throughout your home as part of the heating and/or cooling unit.
